Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 2 bunches broccolini

  • Olive oil

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 40 g pine nuts

  • 2 garlic cloves, very finely chopped

  • 1 small red chili, finely sliced

  • 200 g stracciatella

  • Salt & pepper
