I've concocted a delightful little recipe showcasing Bouchot mussels. If you're not familiar, Bouchot mussels are mussels cultivated on wooden stakes, which gives them an exceptional flavor. I went for a surf-and-turf version by adding flavorful chorizo and a selection of seasonal vegetables for an even greater gustatory pleasure.
