This pasta is an absolute bomb of a dish ! Pure indulgence, the kind of plate that goes completely silent at the table after the first bite!

  • 400 g rigatoni

  • 1 shallot, finely sliced

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

  • 1 large knob of butter

  • 1 bouquet garni (thyme, bay leaf, parsley stems)

  • 150 ml dry white wine

  • 250 ml heavy cream

  • 80 g Parmesan cheese, finely grated

  • Fresh black truffle
